The Institution is managed by a seven- member Board of Directors composed of members of the academic community and executives with special know – how and many years of experience in the Management of Companies and Organizations.

It operates pursuant to a modern Regulation and Policies and it implements Internal Audit, Compliance and Personal Data Protection procedures in conformance with Corporate Governance International Practices.
