TMEDE Microfinance Solutions is a 100% wholly-owned company of TMEDE, which is already an autonomous pillar in providing guarantees to its members. TMEDE, based on the special points of the European microfinance framework, effectively responds to the need for seamless access to liquidity solutions, especially for those who are just starting their professional career, through an innovative tool. TMEDE Microfinance Solutions, is the first licensed institution by the Bank of Greece, which is active in the microfinance industry.

TMEDE Microfinance Solutions is member of the TMEDE Group – Public Works Engineering Contractors Fund, which is a 100% shareholder.

For the first years of its operation, customers of TMEDE Microfinance Solutions are only registered and active members of TMEDE.
